Wrapping up our engagement shoot at 6pm, with the sun setting behind us, our day was nowhere near over. We still had to drive to Cubao to drop-off Loi and Julius, return the dresses and props to the condo, drive the car to Laguna, and then commute back to Manila. As we left the condo to start heading for my parent's house, I realized I haven't eaten anything and was basically running on coffee and coke since 9am. We decided to head for P.F. Chang's China Bistro in ATC. It was the perfect place to have our impromptu date night and reminisce about the fun day we've had.
P.F. Chang's classy interior is perfect for dinner dates, but cozy enough for family celebrations.
It was our first time so we made sure to order the highly-recoomended Chicken Lettuce Wraps. We both loved it! It was perfectly seasoned, and absolutely addictive! I kept on munching on the chicken bits even after we ran out of lettuce leaves.
We also ordered the P.F. Chang's Fried Rice and Sweet and Sour Pork. They gave us such generous servings we weren't able to finish it all.
We would love to come back if only we were in the area more often. The waiter did tell us they are about to open their second restaurant, and it will be somewhere a bit more convenient for us, so we are excited about that. Until then, we just have to drop by Alabang a tad more often.
