How to Get to Wellmanson Quiapo

I learned about this shop when I was trying to decide if I should DIY our wedding cord or not. I've read that they have all the beads, accessories and tools you'll need to make your dream wedding cord a reality. Naks!  

Since I have time today, I decided to pay Quiapo a visit. It's a weekday, all my abays have work, so I prepped to go there alone... with shaking knees. :) 

LJ tagged along, despite having zero sleep. He said it's part of his duty, so I happily allowed him to explore Quiapo with me! 

There are a lot of ways for you to get to Quiapo, we just decided to take the route that we think will be most comfortable for us, translation: naka-upo, with minimal need to transfer. So here it goes... 

1. From EDSA, ride a bus with a route for Ortigas Ilalim. Alight at Robinsons Galleria, then cross to get to the other side of Ortigas.  

2. Take the G-liner bus for Quiapo. There will most likely be a lot of people inside the bus, and you'll need to stand. Don't worry, a lot of them will get off near the Greenhills Shopping Center. 

Depending on the traffic, it may take you an hour or more. Expect some heavy traffic near the Mendiola, and of course, Quiapo  

3. As soon as you alight fro the bus, walk to the front Quiapo church, you can't miss it. 

Once you see this, there's a street directly across the front of the church - Villalobos St.

4. Walk to Villalobos St, and you will see the Wellmanson's Store Sign. 

5. Halina at pumasok. 

Beads ba kamo?

**We'll have a separate post about the cord that we were able to 'create.' If it's your first time to make one, don't worry, it's just overwhelming at first, but it's quite easy. We were able to finish ours in less than two hours. We''ll share how we were able to do it soon :)
