Wedding Duties: CieLJ SaveTheDate Magnets

We've talked about how much we love the comic cover that Andrew Villar created for us here. It's been two weeks since we received it in our email and we are still raving about it. Best decision so far! ",)

We never intended to have the image printed out, we just wanted to use it for our on-line invite, an event image in FB, and probably use it here in the blog. When we received it though, it was just too cool to keep in the internet and we decided to move a bit of money to have some photo magnets made.

Since this wasn't part of the budget we had to look for a supplier with the best rates. I stumbled upon Lil Whiskers by browsing through Sulit.com.ph. I'm not sure what to use as keyword so I just entered photo magnets. The list came back with photo 'booths.' nye!
There were a couple of printing companies that showed up but Lil Whiskers offered a good price, and had decent photos posted that assured me that it's a legit business. I hesitantly sent them an email, and after a couple of exchanges and a phone call with Lei, we closed the deal and made a 50% downpayment via bank deposit.

Lei offered to have the items shipped, but I was too excited so I said I'll just pick it up from her apartment in Crame. It wasn't that far from me anyways. If you are not from the area though, we do recommend to just have it delivered it to your place. Whew! those magnets were heavy! LOL!

The transaction with her was quick and painless and we got our magnets in a week!

Here's the finished product, can't wait to hand it out to our friends.

In case you want to have photo magnets for your save the dates as well, we highly recommend Lei. She also makes personalized rosary giveaways and chocolate wrappers.
